As part of your job you will be developing new user-facing features, build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end team.

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, mainly ReactJS.
• Ability to implement rich web client functionality with thorough knowledge in JavaScript, including ES6+. And utilizing various frameworks.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools. (Git)
• At least 3 years of experience on front end development.

Job Duties:

1. Manage day to day operations of organization with strategic organizational objective of relieving President and Owner from such duties, building a team of professionals who can scale the company to support it’s expansion plans. (10%)
2. Participate in the hiring process for new operations personnel, ensuring the candidate’s skills align with our needs (2%).
3. Mentor and guide the new team members through the transition, ensuring they understand and can effectively execute the responsibilities handed over to them (2%).
4. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties (2%). 
5. Perform ongoing training and evaluation of operations personnel. Manage and update training materials (2%).
6. Monitor operations team members daily work to make sure all tasks are performed as required (2%).
7. Meet regularly with Analysts and Sourcing Team to ensure sales performance and positioning are maximized.  Interact with various manufacturers of new products In North America, Europe & Asia to ensure timely delivery schedules are met to minimize any disruptions in supply. (7%)
8. Oversee and monitor production and shipping timelines regularly to prevent stock shortages and maintain optimal inventory levels. (7%)
9. Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to align inventory management strategies with sales forecasts and market demand, ensuring the new product remains well-stocked and available for customer orders. (6%)
10. Sales Pricing Strategy – oversee and direct pricing strategies with input from sales team. (10%)
11. New Product and Brand Development – oversee and spearhead development of new product lines and spreadhead private label product development. (10%)
12. Oversee design and development of marketing campaign to promote new products, ensuring alignment with brand objectives working through contractors and outside marketing partners. (4%)
13. Lead the efforts to establish and grow the brand presence on our online parts store, Amazon and other digital platforms. (4%)
14. Monitor and oversee search engine optimization for marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the store. (2%)
15. Oversee and manage the ERP systems supervising junior team members responsible to ensure smooth processing, order fulfillment, product availability and timely delivery while  maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency. (20%)
16. Review financial statements, sales reports and KPI to measure productivity and identify areas needing cost reduction or improvement. (10%)

Position requires travel both inside and outside the US on a periodic basis to meet with clients and attend trade shows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations research or related field, plus at least 1 year experience in international sales, marketing and procurement for industrial power generating engine parts and components, rotating motors and industrial lubricants, including experience with a) procurement and inventory control; b) market and pricing analysis; and c) marketing products using ecommerce marketing tools like google analytics, google merchant, google ads, amazon marketplace, SEO content creation and email marketing.

As a supply chain coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations by coordinating the movement of materials from our suppliers to our customers.
