Job Brief
As a customer implementation and support representative you will be working with our customers to make sure that they are setup correctly on Energy Choice’s platform and understand our API documentation. You will give recommendations and perform training based on their use case, report bugs to our software department, and communicate issue solving solutions to our customers.

 

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience delivering customized software to clients in a project environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in working with Software as a Service
• Experience in working with web services, APIs, integration engines
• Experience in an analytical role
• Comfortable interacting with customers at all levels within their business
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our products, offerings, and services
• Work alongside the wider Deployment team to develop solutions for the client using our software

Sr. Front End (ReactJS) Developer

Job Description

 

Job Brief

Energy Choice is looking for a front-end developer who is driven with great attention to detail to contribute to our ever-growing front-end system.

As part of your job you will be developing new user-facing features, build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, optimize application for maximum speed and scalability, assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end team.

 

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, mainly ReactJS.
• Ability to implement rich web client functionality with thorough knowledge in JavaScript, including ES6+. And utilizing various frameworks.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools. (Git)
• At least 3 years of experience on front end development.

• Knowledge in Python and its frameworks (Flask, Frappe)

Job requires development of media plan strategies for online customer acquisition, digital marketing product creation and ongoing data evaluation.

 

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of effectively creating, executing and continually optimizing successful campaigns with clear return on investment metrics
• Over 3 years digital marketing and 2 years of Google platforms experience
• Work closely with the operations team to evaluate needs

Job Brief
As a supply chain coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain operations by coordinating the movement of materials from our suppliers to our customers.
Job will require sourcing the lowest shipping costs for international shipments by evaluating vendors, consolidate shipments, scheduling, custom clearance and review of daily workflow of orders to be scheduled.

 

Requirements
• Experience with freight forwarding, excellent computer skills, and strong clerical skills
• At least one year of experience of supply chain operations experience
• Knowledge in using ERP systems
